|Identification||The caudle peduncle is exceptionally long in this species. Upper parts of fish brownish, the underside grey.the fins are more or less spotted and speckled blackish.|
|General Remarks||It has been discussed that this species could also have close proximity with the genus Belonoglanis.|
|Distribution||Kasai River basin, Congo River basin.|
