Re: frequency of albino cory breeding
I'm sorry I just re-read your post and I think I misunderstood you. If they're still in the community tank and haven't bred in 2 weeks it's really not that long. Just do the usual. Clean water, right temp., good food and then the hard part "patience".

Re: frequency of albino cory breeding
It sounds like you've just moved your fish around. If so they'll likely just need some time to settle. I just moved some albino paleatus and they bred within the week. I guess it depends on what triggers them. It seems mine breed whenever the barometric pressure drops. Try and re-create the tank ...

Re: Feeding Corys, Need some help!
There will be some food that falls down to the bottom. I feed wafers which are an all purpose fish food. I'll crush some which the top and middle dwellers get and the I'll take a couple of wafer and just cut them in two and let them drop. I supplement with lots of different things. Freeze dried ...

Thank-you so much for the reply. I pulled out another fungused egg this morning and that leaves me with 15. If one hatches I'll be thrilled. The remaining eggs are now a tannish colour and I think there's a little black inside but it's hard to tell. They're not white and opaque though. It's day 4 ...

albino paleatus eggs
Just a couple of questions:
How long before the eggs turn a tan colour? They are now 48 hrs. old and are still completely clear. None have fungused and none are opaque. Are they fertile if they're not tan yet?
I have 3 females and 1 male. The male is just over an inch not counting his tail. Does ...
