I am treating the ich with paraguard and have a couple of questions. I removed the carbon fron my filter, was that needed? Also as far as stress for the fish what signs should I be looking for?

Algae eater?
I need reccomendations for an algae eater. I have 5 S. polli, 2 s. angelicus, 2 s. schoutedeni, and 1 s. flavientitus together in a tank. They are all 1.5-2". I want to put in some kind of catfish that will eat algae off the glass, any ideas?

Missing eye
I was feeding my fish this morning and I noticed that one of mt Syno's is missing an eye. i have him in the tank with several small Cichlids (less than 1") a s. angelicus, s. petricola, and s. decorus.
