Indeed, you're 110% correct. It seems to start randomly with ID's at 44 and on up (I have to do more testing to see how far the problem extends). Thanks to you both for reporting it, and to Jools for letting me know directly ...

Wait, no, I clearly see this now - it DOES seem to be tied to your specific tracking number (those IDs are simply used to know where subscribers are coming from). Crazy and weird! I'm on it!

Hmm...I just put a test order through the system and it did not kick me back with any errors (and I did use a tracking code from a banner click through).
That said, I think what's happening here guys is you're not clicking on the links under "Please Select"? That link selects your payment number ...

I'm finding that any catfish of the month link takes a user to the October 2011 article, so from where I sit, this bug is alive and well.
