I grabbed 6 of them a short while back. As you said Shane, common or not, they are attractive. They are happily munching in various tanks.

Looks like the one in the FAQ but I was hoping for confirmation. It was sold as an "Asian spotted", not that that means anything.

Hello all. I found an interesting "peckoltia" on a website called oddballexpress.com. i can't find a match anywhere.
i emailed the guy who says he has one not for sale and is trying to get more. he named it silver pleco. he says they are rare and expensive.
apparently the natives call it guimares ...
