Yes, forum update combined with a less recent change at google means I need to rewrite how the maps work.

If they're the same thing, the British common name is water boatmen.

Re: Acanthodoras polygramma senior synonym of A. spinosissimus
Now I'm looking at Acanthodoras sp(2) and wondering if that's A. polygramma . Thoughts? It could be, but we need more info on what (aside from swim bladder) can differentiate these species. That photo was taken in Japan more than 20 years ago. They are young fish but there are several of them so no...

Re: A day in the life of Planet
Corydoras is a lot smaller than it used to be. This means a LOT of broken links which I am attempting to find, fix and future-proof. First up is getting any requests for all names to work both via clog tags and if linked or used elsewhere for example in Shane's World articles. Here's a full list of...

Re: New Corydoradinae paper
I'm 50/50 on "Microcorydoras", but I think the stronger feeling is that getting rid of numbers in names is the right call (excepting, as you say, the Brochis sub-clades). Epic work on the name gender changes. So, only Brochis remains split, everything else into their new (old) genera. Sorr...

Re: New Corydoradinae paper
Hi Eric, Yes, for sure. Brochis(sc2) etc is the way to go. Brochis(sc1) doesn't need to be, just Brochis is fine for this - good call. Give it 24 hours (so, daily/overnight backups run) and then cool to rename the big groups one per 24 hours? This has been a very long time in "gestation", ...

Thanks Ian and Eric for posting - especially Ian; it has been a while.
So, the million$ question for me is do I keep the lineages especially for Brochis' sub-clades.
Will consider for a day or two - not one to rush!

I've fixed the bug in so far as it now displays an error message when an image is too small.
On the matter of the image being too small in the first place, attached here is an updated image that's larger although you may wish to use something else?

Re: Feeding question
1. Don't know what pellets they are, or size, but generally if they're left after 15 minutes you're feeding too much per feeding. Synos are fine to feed every other day but daily is fine as long as they are not going obese. They will overeat, so be careful. Don't "double-up" if you miss a ...

Re: Can't upload photos to CLOG
Thanks, I think there are two problems here. Firstly, the image is not uploading becuase it is too small. Secondly, the error message to tell you it is too small is not displaying. I am working on fixing the latter.
