L. pardalis from San Antonio is P. disjunctivus
As far as I can tell, the feral "Liposarcus pardalis" captured in San Antonio and pictured in the Liposarcus pardalis cat-elog entry, is a Pterygoplichthys disjunctivus, as evidenced by having a reticulated pattern on the ventral side.

Also, isn't the genus Liposarcus a junior synonym of Pterygoplichthys?

If you listen to Jon Armbruster, Pterygoplichthys contains all species of Liposarcus, Glyptoperichthys and (of course) Pterygoplichthys. Also, isn't the genus Liposarcus a junior synonym of Pterygoplichthys?
But other scientists have yet to accept this model, and in the past, the Cat-eLog was revised as per above, but since Planet Catfish doesn't follow J. Armbruster, but "Catalog of fishes", it was reverted to the split genera. COF lists the P. disjunctivus as Liposarcus disjunctivus.
As a member of the Cat-eLog team, I can update existing entries, but at the moment I can't move pictures or add new species - it's a "Jools only" job.

Aha, I see, I didn't know there was contention on that issue...
CoF lists Liposarcus as both a valid name and as a synonym of Pterygoplichthys, meaning they consider the issue unresolved (or, possibly, it's simply a database error).
Fishbase and ITIS both list Liposarcus as a synonym of Pterygoplichthys.

I'm going with "unresolved" on the classification for now but will move the pics soon.
