Book on biotopes

Post by featherback »

Hello, I am looking for books that describes different biotopes with specs on water, pictures, maps aso.

Websites would be nice too, but I'd really like a book. If it does not exist someone should make one. Like 'Megus / Baensch Biotope Atlas' or something :D.

anyone?

There are 174 pages of really detailed habitat and collection descriptions in the Baensch Wels Atlas I by Evers & Seidel.

There definitely is an English versin of Volume 1 of this series. Vol 2. is available in German at present, not sure when translation is supposed to be finished.

Amazon has it Here

[Link includes Planet Catfsih referral, so Jools gets a little bit of commission for referring anyone to this book].
