When I search for "shark" in common name search, I get:
Error inserting search term into database: Duplicate entry 'shark' for key 1
Searching for "Shark catfish" worked (multiple times too!)

The problem happens when you search for a common name where a search for that exact term has already been made by another search type (in this case, someone searched for an image caption containing the word "shark").
It is now fixed.
