syno multi babies

Post by longfinman »

Hi! Just registered today. My sunshine peacock spit out syno multi babies. She had them for about three weeks in her mouth and I moved her to a new tank. I counted five, could be more. I want to know what to feed them and if they are sensitive to water changes. I put in frozen bbs and shrimp pellets. They are much bigger than I thought they would be. They seem to be eating what I gave them. I have been reading this forum many times but this is my first post. Thanks!

Oops, seems like we must have missed this post! You can definitely feed them most any small prepared food, even crushed flake, and they aren't sensitive to much besides stepping on them, IME ;). I'm sure you've figured that out on your own by now though!

Thanks, Barbie. I have found that out. They eat just about everything and are growing quickly. They are fat and just about a half inch. I hope I am not over feeding them. I am so psyched about having some more, I couldn't believe it when I saw them in the tank, even though that was what I was trying to do.
