Could you also fill in your "location" in Profile at the top right of the page - it helps us help you when it comes to "local knowledge based questions", such as "What's a good medication against X" or "Where's a good place to buy <something>", as these things vary between different regions in the world - it's no good suggesting to a US member of the forum, a medication that is legal in England, but illegal in the US, for example.
