Yes, it's been like that for years, I tried contacting Bruce for another copy of it, but I think he didn't have them or something. Anyway, removal was long overdue!

Removing it wasn't the issue, it's the fact I had to go thought the associated article ( http://www.planetcatfish.com/shanesworl ... cle_id=247 ) and fix some links!

Done now.
