Probably not if you follow the directions.
It does't cure half the diseases it claims to, ime.

but ALWAYS do a big waterchange when dealing with heavy meds like that.

the waterquality will drop, bacteria will die and often oxygen levels go down a fair bit as well.
those things DO harm your catfishes, and it's better safe than sorry.

waterchange first, adding medication second. works better :wink:
