Post by Kostas »

For some time now i cant access the user's options like my pms and the log out because the navbar is on them...It hides them just when they appear...

Thank you very much in advance

You don't, by any chance, have some sort of ad-blocker in your browser? That is a common cause of this type of problem.

Also, bear in mind that Jools does get money from those adverts, which means that if you use an ad-blocker, you essentially lower the (small) contribution to the running costs that Jools gets from the adverts.

If it's not that, well need details of operating system, browser and a screen shot to help.

Hello,
Sorry for my late reply
No i dont use any add blocker and do find some of the adds usefull(they dont bother me at all :)
But from what i see now,the problem, whatever it was caused from is for some reason solved...Now for the first time in the last 1-2 months i see again my user options...Dont know why,but its solved...If it appears again i will provide screenshot and more details...
My browser is Internet explorer 7(from the computer i post now,but its the same computer with which i posted the obove post.At home from which i too didnt see the user's options,i use I.E. 6) and the operating system is Windows XP pro where i right from, media center at home...I will check from home too and inform you if the problem is solved there too or not...

Thank you for caring
