I can't help you with a Latin name on species level, but the common or list name isn't very well chosen, is it?
I do see a lot of spots, however.
Anyway, what's the dorsal like. Looks large to me, which indicates a
Pterygoplichthys
species imo.

Pterygoplichthys joselimaianus
is a pretty good match.
