112liter with 1200l/h pump

Post by Thomas W »

Hey got a 112liter aquarium with a pump spraying out 112l/h.. Do my baryancistrus L-18 and Panaque L-190 enjoy this? or is it to much?

Now i wonder what your pumd does exactly. - 112 or 1200 l/hr

However, I don't think 1200 l/hr would be too much

Yeah my pump blows out 1100l/hr .. Its placed on the right side of aquarium and blows out a very strong water stream towards the other side of the aquarium.. the panaque is lagging with its tail so strong is the water stream.. btw it was 1100L/hr not 1200 :)
The Baryancistrus lives in very streamy water. but does the L-190? and guys do u think i should turn it of or?

Its not too much for the L190 either... They like sitting in currents and enjoy it even more if all current is directed to a thick wood branch...It becomes their favourite! :)
