looking for C. Kanei

Post by wrasse »

A few months ago I picked up 2 Corydoras Kanei that were in with another species. They are very attractive and more heavily spotted and perhaps bigger than C. Atropersonatus. Trouble is, they are both males.....
I've bred a few cories and I'd like to breed them, So I need to obtain at least 1 female. Is there anyone out there, in the UK, who has them? I'm in Warwickshire.

I guess no-one has any Corydoras Kanei out there. The 2 I bought were in a tank full of C Axelrodi, I think. I'll just have to keep my eyes peeled when I'm touring the fish shops. 8)

You could always come down to the Catfish Study Group's Autumn Auction on the 18th November. I can't promise you will get the C. kanei that you are after, but I can garuntee you will get some bargains. And if you have fish to sell you could even make a bob or two.

Thanks for that suggestion, Coryman. I might just do that.
