That is <i>O. flexilis</i> (the question now remains as to whether or not benny's fish are the same species).
<i>Otocinclus flexilis</i> is one of the largest species of <i>Otocinclus</i>, but it doesn't reach the size as benny stated. They max out at 55 mm SL. Larger "<i>Otocinclus</i>" are probably other hypoptopomatine genera (such as <i>Hypoptopoma</i>).
