As Richard B says, you should fill in your location in the "User Control Panel", so that if you are asking for advice on something, those of us with local knowledge will be able to chime in with advice that suits your location. There are lots of examples where this is important: Names of shops, products, common names of different species all vary depending on where you live. And there's obviously no point in someone suggesting you go to a shop in England if you live in Australia or the US, for example.
