I would say
Identification ...... Variable, indistinct colouration. Many colour variations exist which may be separate species or sub-species.

Yes, i'm reasonably certain it is - & Dave Rinaldo is very accurate with ID's.

That is a really beatiful specie. I had a rather large one when I was around 11-12 years old. I had it in a 312 liter tank. A really large showtank with a group of 10-15 would really be cool. Are all P. blochii wild cought?

Yes, There are no reports of their breeding in captivity, either by commercial establishments, scientific establishments or by Aquarists.Are all P. blochii wild cought?
BTW has anyone got a copy of the scientific description of P blochii that they can let me have? Please
