Post by samshark121 »

Hello all,i just got this pleco from a friend of mine that is new to the hobby,he actually asked the lfs guy for a clown pleco or a bushynose and the guy sold him this as a clown pleco :?,his second trip was even worse but anyway what do i need to know about this cat?how big do they get?right now he's in a 38g and i'm not sure exactly what i should be feeding it.i noticed some have more yellow instead of red are those juvie colors?also some have more red on the fins than others will mine change at all?

hi a 55gallon tank should be fine, they grow quite slow so reachuing max size could take time :) feed them with different varieties of food.. and keep the water clean :)
Too many gorgeous loricariids
So hard to obtain! Grrr....
