I've seen it before - it's still quite amazing. I have a feeling it's even bigger fish chasing the little ones - but perhaps they are just scared from the lights and start jumping out of the water.

Jumping asian carp, an invasive species in the US. They jump when frightened to escape predators. There's an effort to try to keep them from migrating up into the great lakes.
