Is it true?

Some one selling group of10 laser green corys and says, that it is breeding group.
Their size is 3 cm. I think, they are too small.
Is it true? My started to breed at 4 cm long.

Hi. There is a difference between a "breeding" group, which generally means a mix of sexes and a "proven" breeding group, which is self-explanatory. Ask for clarification. - Frank

"Breedig group" is an interesting term, I always wonder what they mean by it. But yes, I think in general the term "Breeding group" is a way of saying "enough fish that you should be able to breed them".

I notice you are from Australia, where on earth are you finding people advertising Corydoras such as these? I haven't seen these for a long time.

I've bought some in LFS. I have some fry now, but they've stoped to breed, after one of them died (I think this one was only female in my tank).
Now I am looking for new laser greens to extend my colony and to have some spare fish, unlike usual coryes, they die some times ( for a year I have them, I've bought like 8 of them and lost 4 )
