Bought this guy at yet another pet store that had no idea what he was so they sold him for 5 dollars. I have no guesses on what he might so any help is appreciated. Again sorry about the picture quality my cammera stinks.

They are native fish for your area. Don't know how common they are compared to the other native Bullhead but they are not one with the largest range.
Since many small juveniles could be collected from their breeding places I doubt they have much commercial value. They are by far the most distinctively marked of all the bullhead spp I'm familiar with. This is one species that did not get introduced to the waters of the PNW USA.
