Pim eat corys?
I have an 8 inch pim. blochii in a 55 gallon. Would he try to eat 1 inch cory catfish if I added them?

Re: Pim eat corys?
That's a difficult question to answer... My first guess would be "No", but a larger pim like that would probably have a big enough mouth to gopple up a 1" cory. On the other hand, corys are active at night (where for example tetras are not!), and this will help keep them alive.
If the corys are really expensive or otherwise precious, I'd probably put them in a smaller tank to grow out a bit first.

Worse: the Pim will attempt to eat a Cory; the Cory will put its spines up and the Pim will choke, which ends up in 2 dead fishes. This combination should not be made imo.

Yep, and if they are sterbai, they will also release poison into the mouth making sure they both die if they haven't arleady. (Some corydoras release poison when threatened). Wikipedia suggests they eat anything they can fit in their mouth.
