Banjo Catfish appetite?

Post by Phoxinus »

Hi

I got seven banjo catfishes a week ago. They are living in an aquarium of 70 liters at the moment. The problem is that they are not eating too well. I have given them bloodworms but so far I have noticed only one banjo eating. How can I feed them more effectively and how can I learn them to eat dry food? I will move them later to a bigger aquarium when they learn to eat and stop getting stumped by the other catfishes during the feeding time.

Here is a picture of my brown jewels:

Hi!!

They are mainly night active...so if you fed them while lights on it is quite normal they won't move much!!
Try feeding them while the lights are off and you 'll see them moving quite well and with frenzy!!!
Cheers
