I'm not sure if its a bug or not, but it seems very strange to me. If you go to Ictaluridae via the drop down menu you get the list of cats by the number of hits.
The one found in every fish store around, does not appear on the ordered list, but only the alphabetical one. It can't really have fewer hits than 25 other half- unknown madtoms?

Re: Ictaluridae Bug?
But why would I look up a fish that is known and known as a monster fish when I can look up (half-unknown) madtoms which to me are much more interesting. It can't really have fewer hits than 25 other half- unknown madtoms?

Re: Ictaluridae Bug?
That's why we have stats. It throws up stuff like this. Actually I think it may be accurate. Someone searching for the common North American cats will find lots of hits and, while Planet may be in the top of the pile, it may not be at the top of the pile. So, the people searching for and looking up madtoms will likely come here a much higher percentage of the time than those looking for info on more common ictaluridae.
Anyway, it's a quirk not a bug - but one well worth mentioning.
