Lemon Spotted Green Pleco (L200) Diet?

What is the diet of these fish in the wild? I'm wondering if I can move mine into one of my cichlid tanks... one with some new aulonocara fry. Will it eat my cichlids fry? Thanks!

it wont eat ur frys. It needs some algae wafers, sinking wafers.. Some veggies and some fish meat.. frozen bloodworms are also very much accepted :)
Too many gorgeous loricariids
So hard to obtain! Grrr....
