Unknown Peckoltia (?)

Post by Segelkaerpfling »

Hello,

today I was in a fishshop and I saw some little Loricariidae (about 4-5 centimetres). They were signed as L002 (but are not Panaqolus...). Here the only picture I could make:

The clear muster remembers me L288 an LDA81 but also juvenil L38.
What Peckoltia are they now? Or are they something different?

Thanks in advice :)

It looks like this Peckoltia although I've never definitely identified it. So many spp are similar. Your photo shows a younger fish and most young Peckoltia change their pattern as they mature.
