posting how-to question

Okay, I've tried everything except ????

How do I post a clog or a link onto a word? So all you see is the word but if you click it, it shows the fish? I can do clogs and links but I can't figure out how people are using the word, "here" or whatever and it links to something.

Please explain like I'm two years old, Thanks so much!
