i got a hospital tank set up for it but before i treat it i would like to try and confirm that its fungus. it is a very small spot near the tip of the first ray of the fish's pectoral fin, it is white, and is button shaped. most cases of fish fungus i have heard of it is stringy but this isn't. so does this sound like fungus?

thanks,
BK
