Will this ever grow back?

Hi,
I have a platydoras costatus a year now.Six months after his purchase i putted in his 60cm tank an 2" royal pleco.The raphael was 2.5".On night they fought and the royal bite the P.c. at the first ray of his dorsal fin.The ather day i sold back the royal.Now,6 months after this bite the platydoras hasnt healed from this bite.The wound is the same as it was 6 months earlier.Will this ever grow back???

If it hasn't grown back after this length of time, it probably never will (just like pakko13's bullhead).
