I think I have this is the right category... lol.
Does anyone here know the bioload of Striped Raphaels? I've been to a few fish forums, and so far no luck!

Re: Bioload - Striped Raphael
What you need to do is answer a few questions to help us help you...there are a few variables that come into play to give a proper answer:
How many are you planing or already have?
What size tank are you planning for?
What is your filtration?
What tankmates?
These can get a decent size and will eat whatever you give them to the point of looking like they will burst. Bioload will be directly related to what you put in as it also must come out. With some of these eating machines I would double or even triple the filtration recommended by manufacturers.

Hm. Good point. Thank you.
I don't personally own any at this particular moment, but hope to at some point in the future. If/when I do choose to get a few what in your opinion would be some recommendations on filtration and tank size?

i would say the bigger the tank and filter the better,i keep a single P.armatulus with a single A.nauticus, five P.pictus and three other medium sized fishes in a 200 ltr tank with a filter suitable for tank's up to 500 ltr's.
if i was able to set up a bigger tank i would.
