Some Pangasius are now in Pseudolais, so the Cat-eLog should be updated accordingly.

According to COF, these are the new species:
Pangasius micronema -> Pseudolais micronemus
Pangasius pleurotaenia- > Pseudolais pleurotaenia
Pangasius tubbi -> Pseudolais tubbi

Just to make Jools' life a bit easier.

I have moved the two species we had accordingly. Updated
Pangasianodon
while I was at it.
