I have bought these to fish as a pair.

Definitely Peckoltia. I'm sorry to say, but I'm pretty sure that these are two females (males should have very obvious odontodes at this size) from two different species.
What species I'm not sure. Do you have pictures of them in normal coloration?

Also, it would be great to have some information such as what country they came from.
The first fish looks like something one of my LFS' are selling as "L49" - that's not to say that the label in the shop is actually correct, judging by several others [but it's likely what the exporter/wholesaler said they were].

They were returned to a pet shop, no one know where they came from. they have been sold earlier as L072 was the information giving to the Pet shop.
