More statistics for Cat-eLog...

Another small change, which has very low priority, but I think could be interesting:
- Number of Occurrence records.
- Number of "body of water" records.
- Number of species with occurrence records [and perhaps those with no occ. record?].

Of course it's more interesting to me, when I'm updating the occurrence records, than most other people, but still interesting to others I think.

[For those interested, as of writing, the latest occurrence record is number 2892 - there have been the odd one that has been deleted, but overall, I think we have a good 2800 records, and around 750 mark for the number of bodies of water - which also means that there are plenty of bodies of water with just one or two species attached to them, as some have LOTS].
