Bristlenose Plecos

Post by Pugwinkle »

Is it okay to have more than one bristlenose pleco in an aquarium. Will they get along?

Yes, and it's almost always fine.

Having two equally large males in a smaller size tank can cause problems, I've experienced one case of the male killing the other male. It should be no problem to keep a larger number of males, or a male and a female (except you may get more babies than you want in the latter case).
