i was going though this and found out someone has manage to spawn these fish!!
there is some pictures in the post too!!

i thought everyone would like to know!

Not convinced to be honest. Those fry could be almost anything. If I had bred these fish I'd be taking their pictures almost every day.

They do look like they could be Ghost Glass Cat fry and it isn't the first reported spawning of them in aquariums. The Baensch Aquarium Atlas mentions they have bred in captivity and that they are egg scatters with eggs laid in dense floating plants.
It would be a cool fish to add to anyone's list of accomplishments.

Hmm, trying to find what species are being kept with Glass Cats and I came across this thread and pics from 2007. The pics look pretty convincing so maybe there's hope for breeders...ignore them and they shall spawn... :?:
