Looks like the bug I reported in this thread, hasn't been entirely resolved.

The "South American Catfishes (Loricariidae - Plecos et al)" forum doesn't seem to be showing up at the moment.

Fixed, each forum is included in the active topics mix by an individual setting, I had just missed that one.
