Going on the recent coolwall discussion, the answer should be ' Stimulate its appetite by introducing some aquarium ornaments. Once it's taking those regularly start introducing fishy/meaty foods'.

I did update, not quite how RickE suggested, but an update.
[And as usual, it took longer to figure out how to log into and what the username/password is than to get the FAQ text in - I eventually found the login information on my other computer, in an old e-mail!]
