Trachelyopterichthys anduzei
I went to my local shop yesterday and he has T. taeniatus in. Got two as they were v nice condition, there was also one adult female T. anduzei!!!!! I checked the ID with Carl Ferraris who confirmed it is T. anduzei. Photo to follow.

Hi MatsP
As Allan James has set up a page for my photo's I'm tending to give him access to all my images. I will still post things on here on messages but I think it is only fair to Allan to let him use my images in a gallery.
The image below was just as it came out of the bag and into a show tank before being put in its new home. Needs feeding up. When the weather improves I'm going to try and get some better pictures, and hopefully it will have fattened up by then too. Just looked again at the image, and could be a male actually. I should've had a closer look before letting it out into the tank.

That's a very nice and rare by-catch Steve. And colourwise so different from the pale specimens I've seen pictured before. Great find!

Thanks. I think it is a female based on the vent and the anal fin. But I'm checking.
