how does a person become a registered member of planetcatfish? when i sign on i notice people in the website but most of the time none of them are registered, including myself. just curious

If you're referring to the "In total there are 6 users online :: 3 Registered, 1 Hidden and 2 Guests" line of the Who is Online pane, you don't see yourself because you've specified that you don't want to be seen in your profile. You are registered and signed in, but represented by the "1 Hidden" user. Hope that's not too confusing
