Sorry, I can't help with the sexing of your fish, but they look to be the start of a fine breeding group.

:-X Amazing group.
All you need now is a nice mature male to keep those girls some company.

In my opinion, this group should be all females.
Five small one should be F1 of WC.

Hi guys, thanks for the replies.

Sorry about the picture quality. I took them last night in a hurry.

They're at least 3-4yo. They were in a 4x18x18 tank with some corys. There are 2 other "males" stuck in a cave which I couldn't take a photo of. One of them is definitely a male cause I had babies. But at a cost. I lost the 2 large females he spawned with. I found them all badly injured after the spawns.

I thought I had 4 males as they're very much the same size. I lost 1 more female recently due to injury. I suspect by one of the "males". Last night, I found another "female" and "male" injured. So, I decided to move all the "females" into a different tank.

I thought the tank is big enough with plenty of caves and hiding places to avoid fighting and injuries. Have I done something wrong?

Thanks.

Hi,

you're probably too strait cave, male is like, but for female are dangerous and for eggs is not also ideal.
And better to have separate 1 male individually with 1-2 females, they have quieter and are not so nervous and do not fight together.

Hi Milan,

I have different types of cave. Round, D-shape, and square made from slate and terracotta.
I thought having many females is better than 1 or 2. Do you think the females fight among themselves?

Thanks.
