I added a new tank, but using the rather boring naming conveion of my old fish-room setup, so "Rack 1 - Tank 1". And the photo of the old rack 1, tank 1 came up as the photo for the new tank... I'm not sure that's right...

Yes, I think you removed the old one. At present it just leaves the image file where it is, so if you then add a new aquarium, it picks it up. In 2088 My Aquaria records, this has happened once. I will look at the remove code and see if I can't archive the image.
However, in this case, you should have stopped the tank as opposed to removed it. I will look at making that distinction clearer. Tanks that are removed no longer "count" where as ones that are marked as stopped do.

If you now remove an aquarium, it's image goes into the yearly archive. Additionally I've put a few more words on the my aquarium page to explain the difference between stop and remove.
