joefish72 wrote: Hello,
I was trying to add a species to my "my cats" page and got this message:
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]
Out of range value adjusted for column 'size_sl' at row 1 [1264]
The way I went about it was:
click, catelog
click, All L Numbers
click, L180+
click, L191 "show species data"
click, add this species
I filled out the data I wanted and when I clicked the "save & publish" the error came up. If I did something wrong or you can help in any way please let me know.
Thanks,
Joe

Re: Add new My Cats doesn't work after size was introduced
I'm getting this too.
The problem is that when you edit (at least on an EXISTING species) the "Size" field is empty. It should have zero in it if it's not been entered.
Workaround for now: Put zero (or even better, the actual size of your fish) in the "Size" field.
[The size field is new since about yesterday!]

This is now fixed, the field will default to zero if no data had been previously entered.
Cheers,
