Tachysurus, Pelteobagrus and Pseudobagrus
The Cat-eLog has all three genera. If you use Tachysurus, then you cannot be using Pelteobagrus/Pseudobagrus and vice versa.

Re: Tachysurus, Pelteobagrus and Pseudobagrus
I believe I've raised this elsewhere... I expect it's one of those where something has been added under it's current name, but other names that was updated in the same paper didn't get changed....
So I take it you think they should ALL be Tachysurus?
By the way, it seems like Catalog of Fishes isn't particularly consistent - it uses all three also, as does Fishbase. I'm not using this as an argument to say you are wrong, just as an excuse for why at least I may have helped in the case of confusing things here...

Re: Tachysurus, Pelteobagrus and Pseudobagrus
I just recently added into both genera (Pelteobagrus/Pseudobagrus ) for the same reason stated above(from Mark Allen)By the way, it seems like Catalog of Fishes isn't particularly consistent - it uses all three also, as does Fishbase. It's Tachysurus, that call was made a while back, sorry, I forgot and should have said this when I saw the new entries coming in.
Hopefully not too hard to move them?

Re: Tachysurus, Pelteobagrus and Pseudobagrus
I suppose I should make the "remember renames" feature work first...
I don't think there are that many.
Edit: In fact, as long as we have the "remember" part, we can go ahead and re-arrange species to our hearts content. The search feature is only needed later. Give me an hour or so, and assuming Jools has the time to add the code, we can give it a try-out...
