but it has black spotted on the body. is it simulatus too? or other variant?

From Identifying Corydoradinae Catfish by Ian A. M. Fuller & Hans-Georg Evers
Variable species with two different forms known in the hobby. Some specimens show a black dorsal region with a plain body whereas others have an additional black triangular blotch on the body sides.
There are examples in the Cat-eLog....
