Just got some L205. What to feed?

I got 8 L205 today and was wondering if these are good to feed as staple and will give them twice a week bloodworms.

I also have some ancistrus in the tank and they have algae wafer 2x per week and daily courgette.

I've never used Ocean Nutrition, but I do use JBL Novo Tabs for most of my fish. They seem very happy with that.

thanks it seems the same so I go for ocean nutrition because that is what I have in stock hehe.
