My Aquaria bug (Call to undefined function lowest_unused_id)

I issue I've been having is I can't seem to do the My Aquaria feature, I get a
Fatal error: Call to undefined function lowest_unused_id() in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/common/functions/check_contributor_exists.php on line 22
message when I try, and also I can't seem to set up the My Cats etc, nor can I find away to upload pictures of my catfish.
I was wondering if you'd be able to please assist me.

I _think_ I've fixed this, but it would only happen the first time a contributor (without any other site contributions to, for example images or articles) adds an aquarium before adding any fish species.

Can you confirm you can now do what you want to do?
