no password gets accepted by forum software....

a friend of mine is trying to make a forum account

he's a dedicated keeper of South American catfish and more important: he's got a beautiful tank and is a very very good photographer.

however: he has tried and tried again, but the forum oftware refuses to accept anypassword!

small letters, caps, numbers, other characters; more than 6 chars mixed: nothing is accepted.....

can you look into this?
making a forum account should be easy, not an ordeal as this will keep people away from the PC community...

I've tested this and it works 100% with the user details. User error I'm afraid.
